Shipping & Returns Policy


At tfwholesale, we aim to dispatch and deliver orders as efficiently as possible. The delivery timeframes below are estimates only and apply from the date of dispatch, not from the time the order is placed.

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver within the Perth Metropolitan Area and to other eligible addresses within Australia. International shipping may be available depending on destination and carrier availability.

2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Perth Metropolitan Area: estimated delivery within 1–2 business days after dispatch. In exceptional circumstances, delivery may take longer than usual.

Other Australian addresses: estimated delivery within 7–14 business days after dispatch. Delivery to regional or remote areas may take longer.

International orders: delivery times vary by destination and carrier. International delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3. Delivery Delays

Delivery estimates may be affected by factors outside our control, including stock availability, payment verification, courier capacity, weather conditions, public holidays, and restricted-access delivery locations.

4. Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind once an order has been shipped.

5. Hygiene and Safety

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, disposable gloves are not eligible for return or exchange once the packaging has been opened. Opened or partially used boxes cannot be returned.

6. Incorrect Items

Returns may be accepted where the incorrect item or incorrect size was supplied by us, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, and the return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

7. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact sales@tfwholesale.com.au as soon as possible with:

  • your order number

  • a short description of the issue

  • clear photos of the item and packaging where relevant

We reserve the right to inspect and verify any reported issue before approving a refund or replacement. Where appropriate, we may arrange a replacement or refund depending on the nature of the issue.

Minor variations in color, thickness, or packaging do not of themselves constitute a defect, unless the goods materially differ from what was ordered, described, or supplied.
